Municipal Services Rescind Vote for Sculpture Site on College Ave.
Second hearing by the Municipal Services Committee on the question of Rescinding the Approved site for the Collective.
Alderperson Meltzer brought the question of approval back to Municipal Services, the last body to approve the location. Prior to that, approval for placement of The Collective was granted by Community and Economic Development, Department of Public Works, Common Council and the Appleton Arts Commission.
